ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Plano, TX. Summary: As an Administrative Assistant in Corporate & Investment Bank Digital and Platform Services, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

Salary: $25 - $27 per hour
Requirements
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Advanced ability to organize
- Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities (i.e., calendar management)
- College degree is a plus
- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
