Kforce is Hiring an AP/AR Specialist III Near San Diego, CA
ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking an AP/AR Specialist II. The client highly prefers candidates in San Diego, CA so they can come onsite 2-3 days a week. Summary: The AP/AR Specialist performs support tasks and activities in the accounts receivable function which include but are not limited to pulling bank statements and posting cash, account reconciliations, research and analyze outstanding balances, responding to customer inquiries, assist with projects as needed.

Requirements
- Accounting experience: 5 years
- Experience in Receivables for at least 3-5 years
- Oracle (hands on experience)
- Proficiency in Oracle R12 Intermediate/Advanced Excel Level
- Strong knowledge of accounting principals and practices
- Intermediate/advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to organize
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills to navigate discrepancies
- Working or creation of any AI related processes involving accounting
