Kforce is Hiring an Application Support Analyst Near Topeka, KS
- Triaging, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and escalating or resolving customer application problems
- Monitoring logs to maintain system stability
- Providing technical support for internal applications
- Provisioning application user access
- Handling other assigned work items
- 2 years of experience providing application troubleshooting support or working as an application analyst
- Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing directly and remotely with customers
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, including evaluating tickets for impact and urgency and gathering evidence
- Organized and adept at updating troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases
- Self-driven and collaborative, able to work effectively within the application support team
- Consistently completes tasks accurately and on time
- Makes sound decisions with general guidance
- Emphasizes process adherence, attention to detail, and trustworthiness
- Candidate must be 10 CFR 810 compliant

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
