Kforce is Hiring an AR / Collections Specialist Near San Antonio, TX
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED/equivalent
- 3 years (preferred) of B2B collections experience, but open to consumer
- Have conflict resolution experience
- Must be professional over the telephone and via email; This is a non-aggressive collections position
- Software: MS Office Excel/Outlook - intermediate to advanced (sorting, pivot tables, down- loading information into Excel, not creating any spreadsheets)
- Must be able to work with multiple systems; Will be trained
- Ability to learn quickly

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
