Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Space Execution Associate in Bentonville, AR. Job Responsibilities :

• Space Execution Associate will build strong relationship with Walmart Mod Execution Team to implement space strategies in timely manner
• Lead, motivate and drive strong engagement with internal and external partners
• Effectively communicate, manage, and prioritize workload across multiple projects
• As a Space Execution Associate, you will educate internal teammates and external customers on hurdles / opportunities within the planograms
• Communicate when projects evolve through the process to ensure merchants have visibility when sets are finalized
• Ensure accuracy of data, drawing, stitching and validation of submissions for planograms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field
• 1-3 years of experience in Category Management or Planogram Execution
• Intermediate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate and organize data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to use large data sets to develop insights, identify and present opportunities and recommendations to ModEx Team and Merchandisers
• Proficiency utilizing space planning software (JDA, etc.) is preferred
• Familiarity with SQL (not needed)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note : Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
