Kforce is Hiring a Change Management Manager Near New York, NY
- Lead communications and change management for the Tech Portfolio Management function
- Design, develop and implement instructional strategies with clearly established objectives that meet organizational needs
- Define project implementation plans related to roll out Portfolio Management tools, and manage project execution, including educating the teams on process, metrics, reports, and information usage
- Partner with Tech Portfolio Transformation, Tooling, Reporting and Programs teams to identify, plan and lead cross-functional changes to evolve existing models, tools, and processes
- Manage key stakeholders by consistently offering support and education on core activities and processes
- Create content and develop activities to support learning by incorporating adult learning principles, effective assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 8 years of functional or operational experience in change management preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training content (instructor-led and eLearning)
- Experience in an enterprise-level operational function and successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives
- Experience publishing and managing learning content on learning management systems
- Knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and principles
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Webex; Knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate 360 and Rise
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of an organization
- Comfortable with ambiguity, open to change, working in a fast-paced and fluid environment, and thrives on learning and acquiring deep expertise in our tools and process
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to Storyboard
- Visual design skills (Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
- Voice talent and recording skills using Adobe Audition are strongly desired
