Kforce is Hiring a Client Accrual Specialist Near Boston, MA
ResponsibilitiesOur Kforce client is seeking to hire a Client Accrual Specialist. The candidate will be working remotely on a hybrid schedule, 2 days a week in the office and remote from either Boston/NYC/or Chicago. This client is a leader in the legal industry. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

- As the Client Accrual Specialist, you will report to the Revenue Project Manager and perform the following: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accruals in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with clients to resolve and discrepancies or issues related to accruals
- Collaborate with other departments, accounting and finance to ensure accurate accrual processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
- Participate in training and opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3 years of working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Basic Accounting principles
- Proficiency in financial software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities as deadlines get close
