Kforce is Hiring a Collection Supervisor Near Lansing, MI
- As Collections Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing a team and managing the collection process for the company
- Review delinquent accounts and determine appropriate action
- Handle escalated customer inquiries
- Resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall collection performance
- Analyze collection data and generate reports to track progress and identify trends, making recommendations for improvements
- Hire and train and supervise collection team
- Additional duties as assigned by Manager
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum five years of experience supervising credit and collections
- Must have experience with SAP, Collections and utilizing Dun Bradstreet
- Excellent Analytical and Organizational skills
