Kforce is Hiring a Configuration Analyst Near Johnston, RI
- With guidance, the Configuration Analyst supports team efforts to configure and maintain packaged software applications focusing on narrow areas of the application
- Maintenance may include support of end users in specific business areas or processing,
- Maintains accounts and access settings for assigned areas of packaged software
- Follows defined policies and procedures to set up new accounts, remove accounts or adjust access to support business processes and maintain appropriate system structure and security
- Maintains clear concise and accurate documentation for processes, reports and configurations
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date and in the proper shared, accessible location
- Communicate and work as a team both within information services and across other groups in support of goals and objectives

- The Configuration Analyst executes pre-established reports using a variety of applications to assist the team or business area
- Contributes within the Chapter family by continuously learning and building knowledge, skills and capabilities in domain of expertise
- Participates in planning, refinement, design and implementation efforts within product teams
- Bachelor's degree with technology classes preferred or equivalent work experience or training
- Experience with Yardi for commercial and corporate property management (or similar vendor, preferred)
