ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client seeking a Content/Technical Writer in San Antonio, TX (possibly remote). Responsibilities:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

- The Content/Technical Writer will create engaging, informative, and on-brand content for various platforms, including the website, social media channels, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and research into content strategy that informs requirements and drives deliverables
- Identify content KPIs for individual projects and understand KPIs across assigned lines of business
- The Content/Technical Writer will provide omnichannel content informed by the entire user experience
- Prepare compelling presentations to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required)
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with insurance policies and referrals to partnering insurance companies
