- Lead the merchandise planning and analysis team
- Provide analytics regarding sales inventory
- Provide guidance on inventory
- Oversee and perform financial forecasting and reporting
- Deliver financial updates and sales trends to the CFO
- Manage and mentor associates
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- 5 years of experience in business planning and/or finance
- Experience managing direct reports
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
