Kforce is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Milwaukee, WI
- Financial Analyst will perform technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance
- Gather, analyze, prepare, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts
- Meet with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets
- Research and compile data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations
- Track revenue and expenses on a monthly basis, comparing actual to forecasted figures and make necessary adjustments
- As a Financial Analyst, you will perform economic research and studies in areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements
- Prepare reports for management summarizing results of research, analyses, and evaluation of any discrepancies
- Works independently with only administrative supervision and the ability to overcome major obstacles and recognize early when issues should be escalated, or a senior peer needs to be consulted
- Wide latitude for independent judgment and is expected to provide guidance and cross-training to others
- Bachelor's degree is required; Finance or Accounting highly preferred
- Certification is required
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a finance role or related discipline
- Typically, minimum 4 years of Corporate Finance experience with 1 year in a Senior role
- Good understanding of Financial System Data Structure
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
- Analytical and statistical examination skills
- Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to consult with senior peers on moderate to complex processes to learn through experience
- Advanced professional role requiring high skill with extensive proficiency
- Knowledge of Hyperion, Essbase or other similar consolidation systems
- Experience in building ad-hoc reports using multi-dimensions in Hyperion
- 1st will be a video call with hiring manager for about 30 minutes and final interview will be onsite with the team for 30 minutes

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
