Kforce is Hiring a Fund Accountant Near New York, NY
- Record transactions in the GL system for the funds and the management company
- Work with company investor platforms
- Preparing distribution notices
- Maintain and update various schedules relating to the portfolio and fund marketing
- Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements
- Prepare quarterly/annual regulatory filings
- Assist with the annual audits
- Daily valuation of all securities investments held across the fund complex
- Reconciliation of daily P&L between shadow books and records and front office P&L tools
- Perform month-end internal books and records sign-off process for all funds and prepare month-end reporting packages for management review
- Liaise with Middle Office on any P&L issues that arise and with Arcesium on any systems-related issues
- Perform month-end portfolio market value reconciliation to Fund Administrator reporting
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
