ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Property Management and Business Development to lead their commercial real estate division in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our property management operations and expanding our client base. Responsibilities:

- Head of Property Management and Business Development will provide strategic leadership and direction for the property management and business development teams
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth
- Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including property acquisitions, partnerships, and client relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, vendors, and investors
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and efficiency
- As a Head of Property Management and Business Development, you will lead negotiations for lease agreements, property acquisitions, and other key contracts
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property management (3rd party) and business development
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management and business development, with exceptional leadership skills and a strategic mindset
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing a property management division
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional certifications are highly desirable
