Kforce is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Germantown, MD

ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Germantown, MD that is seeking an HRIS Analyst. Key Tasks:
  • HRIS Analyst designs, configures, tests, implements, documents and maintains assigned HR systems; Partners with functional owners and IT on all upgrades, enhancements and implementations to ensure configuration, testing and documentation are completed and signed-off
  • Tests and troubleshoots functional issues as they arise in the normal course of business; And implements changes necessary to achieve successful resolution of functional issues; Works closely with the Technology team and/or vendor partners to resolve any issues or challenges
  • As an HRIS Analyst, you will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and subject matter expert around ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
  • Provides system support for all HR applications and systems including HCM, learning management, performance management, applicant tracking, onboarding, etc.
  • Responsible for the preparation and creation of weekly/monthly/annual reporting as well as ad hoc reporting as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional years of experience considered in lieu of degree
  • 3 years of HR experience with background in HRIS
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment utilizing both delivered and custom solutions
  • Strong technical acumen with ability to learn and apply new functionality quickly
  • High attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
