Kforce is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Near Branchville, NJ
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years as a progressively responsible human resources generalist/business partner experience
- Deep knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and strategic partnerships
- Proficiency with HR technology and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) with ability to influence
- PHR or SPHR preferred
- Prior work experience as an HRBP supporting IT is highly preferred
- Some travel required
