Kforce is Hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Near Branchville, NJ

ResponsibilitiesKforce's client, a Publicly Traded Insurance Company and one of Forbes Top Rated Companies to work for is expanding and looking for a Human Resources Business Partner in Branchville, NJ. Overview: This person will provide strategic HR consultation to the Information Technology business unit, planning and demonstrating the value of human capital management in support of the business strategy to achieve superior business results. This position will engage and influence key business leaders by providing valuable input to align the human capital plan with business objectives. The Human Resources Business Partner will also develop and implement action plans which will strengthen business segment competitive advantage, as well as communicate and educate managers and employees on HR policies, programs, and initiatives supporting the company's business strategies. The candidate works collaboratively with all other areas within HR to ensure all messages to business clients are internally aligned. All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This person must be willing to travel quarterly (Northeast).
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years as a progressively responsible human resources generalist/business partner experience
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, talent management, workforce planning and strategic partnerships
  • Proficiency with HR technology and MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) with ability to influence
  • PHR or SPHR preferred
  • Prior work experience as an HRBP supporting IT is highly preferred
  • Some travel required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
