ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resources Professional 4 in Orlando, FL. Overview: This Contractor Human Resources Business Partner position will partner directly with management teams for an assigned area of responsible at this company. This position will deliver consultative HR services aligned to the business strategy for a population of approximately 400-600 employees. This position will have the ability to understand the business, the strategy, and the mission to deliver integrated Human Resources management services and programs across the business. How You'll Make an Impact:
  • As a trusted partner to and a member of the local leadership team, you will bring an independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues
  • Proactively drive HR strategy within organization as aligned with business goals
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees to accelerate leadership development at all levels in the organization
  • Promote and champion diversity efforts in hiring, promotion, job rotations as per the collective bargaining agreement
  • Consult with partnered organization on strategies and communications designed to create an environment that drives individual and team success and retention
  • Partner with the leadership team on talent development and performance management to maximize employee contributions and address performance gaps
  • Identify needs for change management and champion related activities
  • Provide counsel to managers and employees consistent with company policies and the collective bargaining agreement (CBA, if applicable)
  • Partner with HR Performance Optimization team and Shared Service providers on escalated questions regarding payroll, leave of absences, investigations, policies, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Organizational Development; A Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Behavior Studies or related field preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification desired
  • 5 years of successful experience in a human resources capacity with successful demonstration of the key responsibilities as presented above
  • Successful record developing strong trusting relationships to influence and achieve results, and help lead others through the phases of change
  • Proven ability to prioritize, research, analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions rapidly and with positive outcomes that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or government law
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, in both written and oral presentation skills
  • Ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and able to interact with employees at all levels in a highly matrixed and complex organization
  • Ability to support and guide managers and employees in the administration, interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • The proven ability to objectively coach employees and management through routine and complex employee relations matters
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
