ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client located in Richmond, VA that is in need of a Lead Data Quality Analyst. Responsibilities:

- Work with business partners, governance peers, project teams, and leaders to gather and understand functional requirements that support the development of business-impact-driven initiatives and projects, and support agile projects plans for execution using operationalized capabilities, resources, and tools
- Demonstrates expertise in Data Quality and Data Governance and serve as an evangelist for enterprise deployment and adoption following established communication and PR strategies for Data Quality & Governance
- Develop and deliver relevant and appropriate training materials and practices that can be delivered enterprise
- Work on extremely complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible variables
- Create and maintain PowerPoint slides/deck around the metrics
- Document/Track data issues, work with stakeholders to confirm
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and customers with an agile business-driven mindset to build effective partnership
- Work in an agile environment and be open to change based on changing priorities
- Write SQL Queries to perform Data Analysis to support DQ issue Data resolution
- Able to use MS Office to document lineage, Business & Technical Data Flows
- 5 years of experience as a Data Quality/Data Governance Senior Technical Analyst/Lead or similar role focused on operationalizing concepts
- Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills
- Possess a solid understanding of data management concepts and principles
- Utilize strong SQL skills to write complex queries for data profiling and analysis
- Experience with one or more quality tools and/or DG tools such as Informatica IDQ, , Collibra, Alation, or IBM IGC/Information Analyzer
- Strong Microsoft office products skills
- Strong understanding of data quality framework and data life cycle management standards
