Summary:

Kforce's client, a prominent Investment Firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Lead Payroll Associate. The Lead Payroll Associate will report to the Director of Payroll and responsible for processing payroll for 500 multi-state employees and various ad-hoc reporting for the payroll & finance department.

This Firm offers excellent compensation and benefits including 15% bonus, 95% employer paid medical coverage, 401K match, 25 vacation days and hybrid/remote schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day administration for all aspects of payrolls, time and expense administration and reporting, employee benefits and HR Information
• Monitor special compensation amounts and bonus payrolls
• Compile and interpret financial payroll and data and assist management in making strategic decisions
• Identify, recommend, and implement improved reporting and processes
• Work on special initiatives from analytical projects to employee communications

Requirements

• BS degree in Business or related field
• 4-8 years of corporate payroll experience
• Experience with processing multi-state payroll
• Strong Excel experience
• ADP Workforce Now and Workday experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
