ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Mortgage Support Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

- Mortgage Support Specialist will operate in a Call Center environment as a customer success advocate
- Answer high-volume, inbound calls or texts from current customers in a timely manner
- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
- Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses with PennyMac employees, consumers and/or authorized 3rd parties
- As a Mortgage Support Specialist, you will interact with multiple departments to expedite processing and/or issue resolution
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
- Demonstrated proficiency with computers and mainstream computer applications (Microsoft, Google, etc.)
- Capable communicator, written and oral
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to effectively resolve problems
- Mortgage and/or financial services call center experience is a plus
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local mortgage regulations a plus
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
