Requirements
- 3 years CRM support experience required
- Organizational and time management skills, completing work within established time frames
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to problem-solve job-related issues
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation
- Provide support for problems and requests
- Previous work experience in publishing/advertising preferred
