ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a remote Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect. Responsibilities:

- Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect will be responsible for all HR, Payroll, and Absence Data migration Oracle HCM Cloud
- Handle all the Payroll Migrations end to end
- Handle the Element Entries and Element Entry values load
- Develop the reports to extract the Geo codes for Tax Calculation Cards
- Load all the Calculation Cards for Federal, State, County, City, and PSD using HDL and HSDL
- Load the Default Cal cards for before 2019 employee Calculation Cards using HDL
- As an Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect, you will work on HDL error reports and logs during the mocks
- Work with customers and functional consultants to define data migration strategies that support the overall project objectives, using best practices and thought leadership to set a strategy that is realistic, achievable, and timely and to quality
- Develop the HDL validation report for after-load validation
- Handle calls with business and extract teams to design the solution
- Responsible for Data migration issues during the parallel testing
- Manage the offshore team during the Mocks
- Provide estimates for cutover and go-live plan
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
