ResponsibilitiesKforce is seeking a Presentation Design Support Coordinator for our client located in Oakland, CA. This role is a hybrid 6-month contract to start with high potential for extension. Summary: This position supports the Enterprise Project Governance (EPG) department in the creation of presentations. This person will create presentations based on the portfolio of major projects and programs to showcase the project's progress and performance on cost, schedule, and scope. This position works cross-functionally within the department and various project teams in the organization. Day to Day Overview:

- Presentation Design Support Coordinator will support to the Enterprise Project Governance (EPG) department
- Develop and edit advanced-level PowerPoint presentations both from scratch and leveraging company's guidelines and templates
- Develop, implement, and document procedures; Contribute to and develop standards and procedures.
- Design effective slides using a mix of text, graphics, photography, and multimedia in support of communication objectives
- As a Presentation Design Support Coordinator, you will define best methods for access, distribution of presentations and monitoring their usage
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce presentation content and reusable design blocks that engage audiences and deliver the brand
- Conduct QA on account presentations
- 4 years of previous experience building visually pleasing slide decks, with a portfolio of samples
- Strong business acumen, able to communicate with different levels within an organization and adapt language accordingly
- Understands technical aspects of presentation development, including constructing templates, including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, diagramming, and working with a wide variety of file formats
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, and other presentation programs
- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently; Ability to execute complex and ambiguous edits with minimal direction
- Excellent written and visual communications skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks at the same time
- Good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-thought-out presentations
