ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team. Summary: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and ensuring that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that align with the company's strategy and goals. Essential Functions:
  • Technical Product Management: Manage all technical aspects of the product through its lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and architecture teams to evaluate design decisions and ensure technical feasibility
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure timely execution of deliverables and alignment with business objectives
  • Roadmap Development: Create, maintain, and communicate product catalog and technology roadmaps, including near-term delivery, to engage stakeholders across the organization
  • Metrics and Insights: Identify, measure, and improve key product metrics to enhance customer experience; Utilize web metrics, customer insights, feedback, research, and internal operational metrics to define a compelling product vision
  • Requirement Management: Elicit, define, and analyze medium to complex requirements in various formats, ensuring they are testable, measurable, and traceable
  • Agile Leadership: Lead teams in refining, prioritizing, and managing requirements using agile methodologies and tools
  • Risk Management: Define and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Project Breakdown: Break down medium to complex visions into smaller projects, initiatives, or features that can be executed efficiently
Requirements
  • Enterprise Product Management: Experience in enterprise-level product management, including discovery, prioritization, go-to-market strategies, and post-release measurement
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data concepts, integration patterns, and ability to engage effectively with engineering and architecture teams
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, Teams, JIRA, Confluence; Experience with Productboard is a plus
  • Domain Knowledge (Preferred): General understanding of accounting and finance concepts in retail, supply chain, logistics, and/or manufacturing
  • System Experience (Preferred): Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Oracle ERP/EPM, Essbase, Alation, DataBricks
  • Communication and Facilitation: Clear and concise communication, adapting approach to diverse audiences, actively listening, and assertiveness without aggression
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: Objectively evaluate problems, weigh pros and cons of multiple options, and assess business impact, effort, and time constraints
  • Conflict Resolution: Diplomatic approach to resolving conflicts, providing constructive, data-driven feedback to guide decisions involving senior stakeholders
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change, able to positively manage transitions and adjustments with peers and stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
