- Guide team members on how to use the Scrum process and Agile practices
- Lead team members to ensure product vision and goals are met, and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way
- Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide feedback to management, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward
- Lead team members on the continuous improvement of Agile practices
- Facilitate and manage Agile ceremonies for the Agile Team
- Support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage/groom team backlog
- Manage risk, dependencies and external blockers/helps to remove obstacles
- Keep the agile process on track and focus the team on achieving predefined targeted activities
- Provide mentoring and coaching on lean agile practices for the team
- Foster good communication and teamwork within the team
- Work closely with Product Owner and RTE for PI prep
- Report metrics on team performance
- Expertise with presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Skills related to Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
- Experience related to Risk Assessment and Management including evaluating and designing controls, conducting impact assessments, identifying control gaps, remediating risk, etc.
- Expertise related to Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.
- Experience related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- Experience related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- Experience in using and maintaining password management software such as Duo, IAG NuID, and/or Ping Identity
- Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action
- Experience identifying measures, or indicators of system performance, and the actions needed to improve or correct performance to achieve desired outcomes
