- Project Manager will consult with project sponsors and business units on large business initiative projects
- Participate in daily check-ins with project team
- Lead multiple projects by establishing and managing clear scope, schedule, budget, and risk
- Connect business, technical, and support resources to collaboratively move concepts and teams from ambiguity to achievement of tangible and intangible business results
- Constantly learn and maintain fluency in the company's current technical environment, the organization's language, and your understanding of business needs
- Communicate best practices and tools to project team participants
- As a PM, you will identify and prioritize project work across the multiple business units you support
- Manage stakeholder expectations through communication and regular reporting
- Produce deliverables on time, within a defined project budget and meeting quality standards desired by the sponsoring business unit and related stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of professional experience
- 3-5 years progressive project management experience in all phases of project life cycle
- 2-3 years of experience in a project leadership role executing medium sized projects through all phases of project life cycle
- 2 years of experience using techniques in process mapping and improvement
- Experience managing Software Implementation projects on an enterprise level in Waterfall environment
- Exposure to Change Management methodologies preferred
- Master's Certification in Project Management or equivalent certificate
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
