ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Software Engineer in Fairfield, IA. Summary: The Salesforce Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value. Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, contributing to architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the adoption of best practices and standards
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented development environment
- Embrace Agile methodologies, actively participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver incremental value, ensuring that business requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time
- Work with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces that support business objectives
- Analyze and debug complex technical issues across the entire software stack, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges to ensure the reliability and efficiency of applications
- Architect robust and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance
- This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and Agile methodologies
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
