- As Senior Accountant, you will prepare financial statements and reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide recommendations to Leadership
- Review and approve General Ledger transactions
- Assist in budgeting processes
- Perform financial audits
- Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations
- Participate in special projects
- BS in Accounting
- 2-5 years of experience in public accounting or from a manufacturing company as an accountant
- US GAAP, experience, creating control plans, financial statements, month-end, and analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills both verbally and written
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Ability to lead and mentor junior accounting staff
- CPA preferred

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
