Kforce is Hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Near Branchville, NJ
- The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in the annual planning and forecasting process for assigned fixed and variable expenses areas
- Prepare monthly variance analysis to compare actual performance against plan for same areas
- Preparation of assigned monthly reports for operations management
- Complexity of the tasks with the essential functions will vary based on the incumbent's level of experience
- All job duties and responsibilities must be carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred
- 5-7 years of experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel
- Prior experience with Hyperion, PeopleSoft General Ledger, or SharePoint highly desirable
- Document analysis/information and procedures in a concise manner
- Communicate effectively in speech and written work
- Excellent financial analytical skills and problem-solving ability

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
