Kforce is Hiring a Remote Senior Software Engineer-Remote
- Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we strive to deliver effective solutions for our customers using our evolving payment platform
- Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products
- Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
- Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements
- Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements
- Writes code, completes development tasks for various projects and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies
- Opportunity to involve in modernization of application with cloud technologies
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
- Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application
- May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences
- Other related duties assigned as needed
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred
- 3-5 years of IT experience with programming languages on C/C , UNIX, Oracle
- Experience with SAFe/Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles
- Strong design and programming knowledge using either C/C on Unix/Linux environment
- Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL such as Oracle and DB2
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors)
- Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills
- General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and awareness in PCI/PADSS standards
- Build tool: Bit Bucket, Git, etc.
- Python, Java
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage
