Kforce is Hiring a Software Project Manager Near Jacksonville, FL
- The Software Project Manager will plan, execute, and manage the entire software project lifecycle, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality delivery
- Coordinate the project team, including developers, testers, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth progress of the project
- Define project objectives, scope, risks, and resource requirements, and establish project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues and risks in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear project requirements and meet customer expectations
- Manage project budget, oversee costs, and resource utilization
- As a Software Project Manager, you will regularly report project status and progress to the management
- Foster teamwork and improve team performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a complex environment
- Experience in software project management preferred
- Experience of ERP, CRM, Billing or HR planning is a plus
- Experience of ticketing system like JIRA is a plus
