ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Solution Architect - CIAM. Summary: As a CIAM Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and implementing robust CIAM solutions tailored to meet our clients' evolving needs. Leveraging your expertise in CIAM, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure identity management systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture Design: Develop comprehensive CIAM architectures aligned with industry best practices and client requirements; Design solutions that integrate seamlessly within Azure cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle; Collaborate closely with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of CIAM solutions
- Consent and Performance Management: Design and implement robust consent management mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enhance user privacy; Optimize solution performance through continuous monitoring, tuning, and performance testing
- Agile Methodologies: Embrace agile methodologies and principles to drive iterative development and rapid delivery of CIAM solutions; Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Integration with Okta: Leverage your expertise in Okta to integrate CIAM solutions seamlessly with Okta's identity and access management platform; Ensure interoperability and smooth data exchange between CIAM systems and Okta components
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; Relevant certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and identity management (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
- Cloud Platform Proficiency: 6 years of experience designing and deploying solutions on cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS; Proficiency in architecture patterns, microservices, and cloud-native technologies is essential
- CIAM Expertise: Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing CIAM solutions, with a deep understanding of identity management concepts, authentication protocols, and access control mechanisms
- Consent and Performance Management: Strong understanding of consent management principles and performance optimization techniques in CIAM solutions; Experience implementing consent management frameworks and optimizing solution performance is highly desirable
- Agile Methodologies: Proven track record of working in agile environments, with a strong grasp of agile principles and practices; Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and guiding teams through agile transformations is advantageous
- Okta Integration: Hands-on experience integrating CIAM solutions with Okta's identity and access management platform; Familiarity with Okta APIs, connectors, and identity protocols is preferred
