ResponsibilitiesKforce has a client in Lowell, MA that is seeking a Training Support Coordinator who will be training admin staff schedule and logistics - no people management, only time management). The Training Support Coordinator's main goal will be managing a team inbox to support the training team, triage tickets in the queue, etc. Responsibilities include:

- Manage team priorities related to training email inbox, training triage ticket queue, and class registration requests
- Work training registration and assignment requests
- Liaise with the LMS team for class setup and maintenance including schedule exports and reporting
- Liaise with Principal Trainers to find answers to operational questions and requests
- Work with training leadership to update and maintain the steady state course schedule including course build and maintenance in Workday
- Manage the training triage ticket queue in ServiceNow including reporting and tracking of trends, communicate those trends to training management
- Work with Principal Trainers to update and maintain steady state course catalog
- Works with Principal Trainers to schedule and coordinate bundle training activities
- Other duties as assigned
- Some Epic knowledge
- ServiceNow experience
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
