- Design and Development: Create robust and scalable integration solutions using Workday's integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services) to connect Workday with other internal and external systems
- Implementation and Testing: Implement integration solutions and perform rigorous testing to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance; Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs
- Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, including monitoring performance, managing upgrades, and ensuring compliance with data security policies
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on integrating enterprise systems; Previous experience with Workday integration is highly desirable
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Workday Web Services), as well as experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
