What Will You Do at KGH?
Reporting to the Staff Accountant, our part time Accounting Clerk will be responsible for a variety of clerical accounting tasks including accounts payable duties, reconciling and recording daily cash receipt and charge activity. Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Record and reconcile cash receipts and daily bank activity.
• Record credit card charges and manage receipts.
• Assist with accounts payable, including recording invoices and payments.
• Enter various journal entries into the general ledger system.
• Prepare and record benefit and payroll allocations.
• Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested

• High school degree is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role
• Experience with Quickbooks Online preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task effectively
