Responsibilities:

Assist with the completing / obtaining / creating / filing / managing below items:

• Inputting expenses via Quickbooks Online
• Inputting payroll via Quickbooks Online
• Subcontractor agreements
• Certificates of Insurance
• Digitalizing Documents / Filing
• Recycling receipt
• W-9’s
• CalCERT’s
• Change Events / Orders
• Submittals
• Client selections
• Ordering Materials
• Scheduling Inspections (City, County, & Special Inspections)
• Communicate and coordinate with utility agencies
• Punch list
• Email account
• Other office tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Quickbooks Online
• Google Workspace
• Apple Products
