This is a full-time remote role for an Industrial Engineer (OPT/STEM). The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes and optimizing efficiency. They will develop and implement process improvement strategies, analyze production data, and recommend solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. The Industrial Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in process optimization and Lean methodologies
• Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management
• Advanced proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Minitab, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
