Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our facility in Muscatine, IA, 52761. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and Conveyor Systems. Familiarity with machine brands such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and B&R Industrial Automation is a plus.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with Servo Motors, VFDs, PLCs, and Conveyor Systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Document maintenance activities and keep accurate records
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Experience working with Servo Motors, VFDs, PLCs, and Conveyor Systems
- Familiarity with machine brands such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and B&R Industrial Automation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certification or degree in a related field is a plus
