Your responsibilities will encompass nurturing and enhancing client relationships to drive retention and identify upsell opportunities. Through comprehensive product training and expert demonstrations, you will empower clients to leverage Kharon’s cutting-edge tools effectively. Your adeptness in resolving inquiries spanning content, technical aspects, and sales will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and facilitating the Sales team in securing new business and renewals. By developing a profound understanding of Kharon’s platform, its capabilities, and staying abreast of updates, you will serve as the go-to resource for clients and internal stakeholders alike, contributing significantly to our mission of revolutionizing global security intelligence.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between $80,000 and $95,000. Please note that this figure does not necessarily include potential bonuses, commissions, benefits, or equity that may be part of the overall compensation package.
