We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team at our company home, where we provide meals for our employees from the nearby BlueOval City battery plant, in partnership with Ford and SK, located in Stanton, TN. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are well-fed and energized for their workday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Assist in stocking and inventory management of kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal times.
Shift Options:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Preference will be given to candidates who can work both shifts, however, we are also open to hiring individuals who can work one or the other. Please note that the posted rate is based upon working both the morning and evening shift.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts based on business needs.
