KHS Group is Hiring a Contract Administrator Near Waukesha, WI

The Maintenance Contract Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that PM maintenance agreement and parts margins are within desired scope as well as day to day maintenance of parts pricing and maintenance contract.
Essential Roles And Responsibilities
  • Understand KHS machine portfolio (Filler, packer, pasteurizer etc.) Look up bill of materials and parts via manuals.
  • Coordinate with scheduling department to allocate resources.
  • Complete workflows on a daily basis for new parts that have been added to SAP as well as unlock billing transactions once per month so PM contracts can be invoiced by accounts receivable. Enter pricing for parts.
  • Understand technical/spare part documentation manuals, be able to reference information.
  • Review the current and forecasted margins of a PM contract to provide an answer to the customer or RSM.
  • Communicate with stakeholders at different levels within the organization-via various methods (phone, email, virtual meeting) with managers, technicians, operators.
  • Monitor delivery times of parts- to customer sites and KHS and convey information to customer/appropriate parties.
  • Monitor the P/L of the contract to make sure we are profitable by reviewing costs and comparing to contract and/or budget.
  • Provide assistance in pricing to PM contracts based on company standards.
  • Monitor existing projects, contracts and tasks for efficiency and improvement.
  • Complete analyses of data and development of product pricing.
Education and Experience Requirements: An Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management or related field. 3-5 years of working in a manufacturing office environment or combination of relevant work and education.
