Job Title: Project Engineer (Industrial Construction) - (In-Office Role)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in Lima, OH. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of relative experience, with a strong background in industrial construction project management. This is an in-office role, offering the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional results.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in proposals, scheduling, and budget forecasting
• Strong construction experience, including development of booking sheets and estimating
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 and update labor plans PTM
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Additional skills such as time and materials management are a plus

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience as an industrial construction project engineer
• Must have graduated with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:

• Learn and become proficient in functions within the Project Controls department
• Gain knowledge of Estimating and Purchasing departments
• Understand commercial terms and conditions for projects
• Participate in Construction Operations Meetings
• Perform safety audits and participate in safety planning activities
• Actively engage in customer entertainment and relationship development
• Contribute to Quality Action Teams and operational improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

1-3 years of experience as an industrial construction project engineer

No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
