Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to oversee our automotive service and detail department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto service management, possess excellent mechanical knowledge, and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians, mechanics and advisors
- Ensure efficient workflow within the service department
- Oversee service writing and customer communication
- Coordinate service schedules
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in auto service management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience as a Service Manager or similar role is preferred
