Montgomery Automotive Group is a leading group of dealerships in the area and we are currently hiring an express service advisor for our Kia East dealership. We are looking for bright, motivated, highly energetic and detail oriented professionals.

Responsibilities:

Greet all customers promptly in check in area to perform pre service
write up.

Listen to customer inquiries and asks questions to identify needs and
resolve any customer concerns.

Confirm customer information including name, address, phone number and
email address to update any information changes as needed.

Produce clear and accurately written documentation for all service
concerns, findings and customer notations.

Counsel all customers on available maintenance offers and recommended
maintenance based on time/mileage intervals.

Ensure that vehicle history and needed maintenance recommendation sheets
are printed/checked and reviewed with customer.

Check for any open recalls to address during service appointment.

Provide quarterly service updates to all customers of current status of
vehicle while in the express service lane.

Requirements:

Customer service skills

Proficiency with computers and technology

Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

Ability to communicate technical concepts to customers

Ability to present mpi to customer, explain and add value to the service
that are recommended

Advanced skills:

Prior Service advisor experience

Prior automobile sales experience

Retail experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
