To supportthis Kia Retailer initiative, Kia America, Inc. has established theKia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program(VTAP).

JobDescription

Diagnose,maintain, and repair Kia vehicles including engine, transmission,steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and electricalcomponents

Complete repairorders and warranty request orders in accordance with establishedKia and Retailer policies andprocedures

Test drivevehicles, and analyze, diagnose, and repair components and systemsusing Kia diagnostic strategies, special equipment, andtools

Perform services,diagnostics, and repairs in a timely fashion while communicatingwith the shop foreman and service advisor to promote an optimalcustomer experience
