Summary
This is a full-time, salaried position on a Kicking Cow Promotions’ account service team. The Account Executive will serve on the account team and will help manage all aspects of projects from conceptualization to execution. Your primary role as an Account Executive is to oversee and manage the day to day work ensuring the successful implementation of the client’s projects. Other tasks include work generated by the Account Director, Production Manager, and President. This position includes daily client contact, travel and weekend work.

Position Responsibilities
- Includes involvement in client meetings
- Account planning & organization
- Project sourcing

- Client communication, preparation of conference reports, meeting notes, memos, etc.
• Preparation of Presentation Materials
- Includes writing and preparing presentation materials
• Concept Development
- Includes individual concept development
- Leading team concept meetings
- Participation in new business meetings
Skills and Abilities
• Detailed oriented with good organizational skills
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner who takes initiative and is pro-active in assigned responsibilities
• Ability to think on your feet, multitask and be flexible
• Basic understanding of budgeting with an emphasis on cost control management
Required Experience
Account Executive will have 3 - 5 years of relevant, transferable agency experience. Candidate will be able to share examples of past experiences – particularly relating to execution of delegated assignments and how well employee exhibited position skills and abilities in performance of those tasks. Candidate will have superior written and verbal communication skills, which allows candidate to effectively communicate with account team members, internal resources, suppliers and clients. Candidate will have a basis understanding of computer operations in order to run such programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Travel and weekend work will be required.
