We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Website Designer who will be responsible for the design and layout of our client’s templated WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest web design trends, possess a keen eye for aesthetics, and have a passion for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. What You’ll Do:

• Design visually appealing and responsive templated websites that align with client requirements and Kicksite brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with account managers, front-end developers, and the sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful execution of web projects.
• Develop and maintain website design standards for consistency across projects.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback to improve website functionality and user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience as a Website Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Affinity
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
