**Duties:**

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met

- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote positive interactions among students

- Incorporate physical education and literacy education into daily activities

**Skills:**

- Experience in daycare or tutoring settings

- Strong curriculum development skills

- Knowledge of early childhood education best practices

- Ability to educate and engage young children effectively

- Familiarity with child welfare guidelines
