Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead and support a team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency
- Assist other team members with projects and other tasks as assigned
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
Skills:
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills with the ability to work with and communicated effectively with various vendors.
-Excellent problem-solving skills required.
- Proficiency with Computers and other office technology is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google workspace highly preferred
