About Kidokinetics

Now YOU can be a part of teaching kids the importance of fitness at an early age. The program is offered at various locations and classes are structured and age-appropriate for children ages 2 to 12. The classes are high energy and most importantly fun for children (and coaches)!
Programs are typically conducted at schools, day cares, parks, and private residences. Coaches are assigned a set schedule of sites that would be consistent on a weekly basis.
Our programs are offered Monday-Friday during school hours. Occasional weekend hours.
